Pump and Run – Gas Theft – 1Cheapgas.com
An unknown Hispanic male entered a Ken-Kwik store locate at 2910 North Big Spring Street, in Midland, Texas and left a credit card to pump gas. The unknown male then pumped approximately .00 in gas, but never returned to get the credit card. The clerk then ran the card and the charge was declined. Later it was discovered a female name was on the card, but she could not be located. We believe the same male suspect had been to the Kent Kwik previously, pumping .00 in gas leaving a gift card, which was also declined. The Hispanic male is approximately 30 years of age and is driving a white 4-door Cadillac, possible a late 90′s model.
